Fantastic prices, amazing customer service, and the selection is huge. When you buy a piece from here, they are going to last as long as you do. My first experience was in 2015 with a simple bubbler, and I still use that pipe regularly when I travel. But mistakes happen, and they have your back if you break one. I have been going to three smoke shops since I was in high school and The Outer Limits is one of them. After years of going to all three to compare deals prices and stock of brands and glass types I have decided The Outer Limits is the one I like most. My favorite brand they have is Diamond Glass. Quality brand pieces for a great price. Over the past year I have bought two Diamond water pieces, three bowls, and two ash catchers and I am always happy. I've been a smoker for nearly a decade, spent years in the cannabis industry, and shopping at The Outer Limits was by far the BEST experience I've ever had at a smoke/glass shop. Will and Brandon helped me find a piece with the EXACT percolator I wanted(swiss perc to be exact, not many people are aware of the terminology, let alone the intricacies that come with it). Awesome staff. Great prices. Lots of variety.

Came in on 10/03 not really knowing what to expect. Smoke shops are always hit and miss, but this shop seriously blew me away. 3x the inventory of most stores, large quantity of custom glass pieces (even local Sac Artists!), affordable/fair price points, and so much more. I think I found my new go-to smoke shop! Brandon at the counter was down to earth and very up front. Prices were extremely reasonable and he took the time to explain new items thoroughly. I only came in to get a small piece, but I already want to go back and get one of their Rick and Morty custom pieces 😂. I'll be back for sure!
